We represent Sellers and Purchasers of residential properties including single family houses, two family and multi-family houses, condominiums, cooperative apartments, lake community properties and ground lease homes. Our staff handles all aspects of the transaction from the drafting of the contract when we represent the Sellers; contract review with clients; analyzing the contents of the title report including municipal searches, covenants, restrictions, easements and surveys; interfacing with lenders when applicable and then scheduling and attending the closing. We are with you from start to finish.

Lender Representation

The attorneys in our office have closed thousands of loans for lenders. We currently close purchases and refinance transactions for a variety of lenders, including Quicken Loans, Loan Depot, United Wholesale Mortgage, United Northern, Plaza Mortgage, HomePoint Financial Corporation, Caliber Home Loans, Inc., and many more.
